Terms & Conditions


1.        Acceptance of all advertising is subject to review and approval by management.  Publisher reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertising.

2.        The Publisher’s liability for damages resulting from errors in any advertising published or any advertising that Publisher agreed to publish shall be limited to the amount actually received in consideration for its agreement to publish said advertising.  The Publisher shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors and/or omissions.  The Advertiser must report such errors or omissions within fourteen days of the Print Date.

3.        The Advertiser accepts all liability for the content of all advertising supplied by it and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any and all claims.


Refund Policy

Refunds are granted by manager approval only and must be requested within 30 days of submission.  No refund is available if the ad has been published in Midwest Truck Shopper's print edition.  Refunds of website only ads will be considered on a pro-rated basis.
